Who we are
Aptitude 4 Us is a trading name of Vital Skills Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 755427), with its registered office at 2 Castlechurch Close, Newcastle, Dublin D22 A6W0, Ireland. We prepare internationally trained nurses for the RCSI Aptitude Test on the NMBI registration pathway.
Vital Skills Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about your data at info@aptitude4us.com.
What we collect
When you contact us or enquire about our courses, through this website, our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, WhatsApp, Messenger or email, we may collect:
- your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
- the country you live in
- details about your nursing registration, such as your NMBI decision letter status and RCSI test date
- the messages you send us
- if you enrol, your payment reference and the details needed to give you access to classes
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and advise you on our courses
- to enrol you, confirm your payment and give you access to classes and support
- to follow up on your enquiry, which you can ask us to stop at any time
- to understand which of our adverts and channels people reach us through
We use your data because you asked us to contact you or enrol you (to take steps at your request and to provide the course), and, for follow-ups and understanding our adverts, because we have a legitimate interest in running our business. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with our trainers and team members who handle enquiries and classes, and with service providers that help us run the business, such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), Google (forms and spreadsheets) and our website and email host. Some of our team and service providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in India and the United States, so your data may be processed there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. We keep student records for as long as you are using our course and support, and afterwards only as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To make a request, email info@aptitude4us.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
